Q: What's your MOQ?    .
A: There is no MOQ required; you can buy any quantity you want. While the price are difference upon different quantities. Larger orders are with better price. Welcome to inquiry us about your specific interested models with intended quantity.
Q: How to order and make payments?    .
A: Please check and tell us the exact models and quantities that you want to buy, and then we will send you the preformat invoice with details.
You can do the payments by Bank transfer T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Cash, etc.
Q: What is your lead time?    .
For small order is 1-7 workday, and big order around 7-21days. It depends on different items and quantities.

Q: How to ship the goods?    .
A: Small volume goods can be sent via DHL, UPS, FedEX, TNT, or by air etc., and bulk goods can be sent by sea. You can use your own forwarder agent or ours.
Q: What is the warranty of your product?    .
A: Normally we offer 2 years warranty for our products. Quality is the most important factor that we focus on, we strive to offer high quality and guaranteed products to help our clients best expand their markets.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ ODM?    .
A: Yes, we can well meet your OEM/ ODM request. We can paste the stickers with your logo and models on the package. Also if you have any technical requirements, please feel free to tell us for ODM.

Q: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
